Crib Designs is based in Nottingham. Run by Beth York, a mum who loves scouring shops, markets and the internet for eclectic and cool baby stuff and bringing it back to you.  As we speak she is dusting off her very own sewing machine ready to bring you some Crib Designs originals too - watch this space! The Crib Designs collection is always evolving and you will find new things added to the site every week.

1. How do I order? Either use the paypal shopping cart built in to the site or if your order is complicated or you want to ask a question then you can send your order in an e-mail to mail@cribdesigns.co.uk

2. How do I pay? We accept paypal payments. If you need to pay by cheque then please e-mail your order to mail@cribdesigns.co.uk

3. When will I get my goodies? We post orders out on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays unless otherwise noted on our home page (holidays etc). Packages are sent first class and you will normally receive your order within 5 working days if not sooner.

4. Do you offer gift wrapping? All items are nicely wrapped but please ask, and we would love to include a little card with your words of choice, Gifts can be sent direct to the recipient on request. See our Gift Service page for more info.

5. Returns Policy We will accept returns of merchandise in unused "as sold" condition within 3 weeks of purchase. We will refund all payments minus shipping if you simply decide you do not want the unused merchandise, and will refund all payments including shipping if the merchandise is defective. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can sort out the problem to everyone's satisfaction.

6. Mailing List Privacy By joining Crib Designs mailing list, you should understand the following:

• This newsletter will be used to inform you of new products, discounts and upcoming events related to Crib Designs.
• You will receive a newsletter roughly once every 3 weeks.
• Your personal information, including name or e-mail address, will not be sold or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
• You can remove your name from the list at any time.
• Crib Designs do not track the browsing habits of individual users.
